GenTec was formed in 1999 with a clear objective of providing a different approach to recruitment. Drawing on our knowledge and experience of engineering and recruitment, our unique approach has resulted in an enviable track record of success with leading engineering Companies.

The site is built on a WordPress content management system with additional database functionality to enable job searches and interaction with the GenTec Recruitment’s existing in-house software to keep the vacancies up to date and synchronised throughout the system.
